Our Ethics Policy

The business of web design is often filled with unethical behavior. There is often no way for a customer to find out that a designer is not qualified for a task until they have already paid for the development of a site.

Therefore, Sturmkatze Produktions AG has a policy of ethical behavior that we promise to abide by:

1. First, we promise to be honest with you, our customers! If we are not equipped to handle your site's problems, we will tell you so -- up front. We aren't going to try to lure you into working with us by offering you a package deal at a low price and then tacking endless surcharges on to it. We also intend to give you an honest, hype-free, explanation of any options we can use to enhance your site.

2. We promise to be professionals! We will stick to our quote and our deadline. We won't engage in questionable Internet practices that will ruin your company's reputation. We promise to answer your messages quickly.

3. We promise to be legal. All of our graphics are either created in-house or purchased from a clip-art library.

4. We promise to do quality work. We won't deliver a site to you until it is completely functional. If you find a bug in our programming that we missed after we've delivered your site, we will fix it for free.
